2005 Acura TSX Maintenance?

I own a 2005 Acura TSX, I love my car and I love the new 2010 tsx but don't miss making car payments. Anyway I was wondering if anyone could suggest some tips of how to make my car feel like new again. I plan to repaint it and get it detailed It's still in pretty good shape but doesn't drive the same as before. Are there any other suggestions of how to bump it up a bit?
