Aquamacs horizontal scrolling?

Is there horizontal scrolling in Aquamacs? I downloaded Aquamacs just to try it and I noticed that when I opened a PHP document, there was no side scrolling. I went through preferences and searched on Google but I could not find an answer. Is this function even possible? Thanks for all the help!
