Is there something wrong with my baseball jersey?

I just bought a new authentic MLB jersey on eBay from a reputable seller. However, it has several very tiny dots of color, usually blue, but sometimes brown. There is also a perfectly horizontal, faint brown mark a few inches above the team logo on the front of the jersey. Is this usual to have markings and dots such as these on a jersey? Or should I send it back?
