What are the chances that my car will be totaled?

I was parked at a red light and a car slammed in to me from behind, the guy said his brakes went out. I have a 2008 Acura TSX with navigation. My trunk is gone, the tail lights are gone, the sides are bent, the bumper is bent in. The whole backside will have to be replace. What are the chances that insurance will total my car? The navigation no longer works as well because it is installed through the trunk.
