Best place for negative battery-to-chassis ground wire in THE BIG 3 upgrade?? Sum1 suggestd the strut tower?

Lookin for the best possible ground I can get. And also wondering best way to attatch it.. Should I sand/grind it down, then drill a hole a lil smaller than my 5/16 ring terminals and THEN USE WHAT TYPE OFF SCREW?/BOLT?/WASHER?/or SELF TAPPING SCREWD? Please help! Would appreciate a thorough answer or if any1 has any1 other tis for me. Thanx soooo much in advance!
