Fuel Pump Not Pumping - 91 mustang 4 cyl?

Yes did you check the inertia switch in the trunk for being tripped? Now second of all you are not looking for a relay you are looking for the Integrated control module, it is a square box a href="http://i1127.photobucket.com/albums/l629/mastec1970/CCRM.jpg" rel="nofollow"http://i1127.photobucket.com/albums/l629…/a And it is either located at the Front RH Side Of Engine Compartment, On Shock Tower OR it is located in the passenger wheelwell up under the plastic splash shield directly @12:00 (it may be necessary to remove the tire. But this module controls the fuel pump and the EEC (electronic engine control) power along with many other things. One important thing to check is for proper operation of the check engine light, It should be on steady with the key in the run position and the light should go out while the engine is cranking! If it does not go out while cranking this means that the PCM is not receiving a PIP (profile ignition pick-up)
