Acura TSX vs Honda Accord?

Im very interested in the 2004 Acura TSX but am curious to hear about any mechanical issues or maintenance/repair costs compared to a Honda Accord (around the same year). Honda accord is my second choice because Ive heard so much about their reliability and cost is low from what I hear, anyway! Just curious to hear which would be a better buy! Thanks
