Why does my guinea pig rumble to my other guinea pig?

I have a 1 year male guinea pig and 4 days ago I bought a baby male guinea pig. Every time my new piggy goes and tries to play with my old piggy my old piggy makes a rumbling noise and struts. Does my old piggy not like my new piggy? How long does it usually take for them to get along?
