I am going to either lease or buy a nissan maxima what do you think the dealer should invoice it for?

I would like to know what people think is a fair price for this car im also considering the G25x and aura tsx I want to get the most for my money but when i call the dealerships its very difficult to negotiate what do you think would be a good and fair invoice price for me to pay for these vehicles thanks for your help
