TRYING to make a picture bigger.. Help?

So I have a picture that obviously needs to be bigger. Picnik.com can make pictures bigger but I don't understand the dimensions that they use. Can anyone, if they know the website, tell me what dimensions are the same as a 5-inch-horizontal by 7-inch-vertical picture?
