90's ford front squeak?

my 96 mustang gt has a front squeak that sounds like the front is coming out from under it.i replaced the struts it solved my problem for a whole day.it make the noise when its hot outside when it cold or raining no noise.i was sitting out side of work and every 90's model car that drove by made the same squeak
