Guinea pig behaviour?

Soo i just introduced a friend to my exsisting guinea pig both males they are about the same age they run around the cage chasing eachother rumble strutting a little bit of trying to mount a WHOLE LOT of wheeking and purring. They have had no agression signs such as teeth chattering yet. Is this all normal and how long will it go for. Thanks heaps.
