Just dropped my 00' civic on tein stechs, front sits WAY too low, what went wrong?

You might want to check the part number on the springs and make sure they are the same part number listed on Tein USA's site for those springs. It honestly sounds like you got the wrong springs that were way too short, but at the same time, an almost 2" drop is pretty stout as it is.
