To dynamat or not, that is the question?

I just bought a 2009 acura tsx and I will be transferring my audio equipment from my previous car into the acura. Being that I will be having two 10" subs in there, I am debating whether or not it is worth me putting any dynamat in there. I had some in my old car, which did help, but that was a 1995 corolla. With better insulation on newer cars (especially being that a tsx is basically a baseline luxury car), I just don't know if it will be necessary to put dynamat in since it is a more solid car. Does anyone else out there have an '09 tsx with subs and WITHOUT dynamat? If so, please tell me your thoughts!! Thanks!!
