Whats the best and cheapest way to lower my 1997 honda accord?

i want to go low! maybe a drop of around 3inches front and rear iv looked at coilovers but i cant find anything under 1k. what would be a good spring / strut combo? and if you could could you provide a picture of how low it is? im going for kinda a hella flush look in the end. if there are some good coilovers that give me that drop for around 600 to 700 bucks please direct me to them as well.
