Suzuki tsx 125 no spark?

i have a suzuki STX 125 (the crosser off road version of the ts 125 i believe) and i have it stripped of all non essential electrics, ( no lights dials or anything) all it has on it is the CDI and DC converter or rectifier, i have 8 wires coming from the magneto, two are red in colour with stripes and connect to the CDI via a two pin plug, another is black w/ red stripe which i believe is the timing for the CDI, that is connected to a black w/red wire from the CDI, two other wires are for the neutral light and aren't connected to anything because i don't need them. Three wires are yellow and connect to the converter / rectifier. On the CDI with all the wires connected i have two wires without anything for, one (black w/ white stripe) i believe is the kill switch so is left open (not connected) the other (another black w/red stripe i don't know what this is for. i have tried connecting it to ground, to the black w/ white stripe coming from the ratifier as i believe this is the 12v with ignition on, (make sense because it did have an ignition when it was all together) any help is severely welcomed. I'm doing a Spring conversion on my 95 continental. I have the spring on the strut and in the housing but with the A-Arm down as far as it will go its still about 2 inches to long. There is not enough room in the strut housing to put the compressor on the spring. Any ideas on how I can get the 2 extra inches without taking the A-Arm off?? Please. Any help would be great

I need help finding a specific counted cross stitch ABC sampler.?

Many years ago, not sure exacty how many, I stitched an ABC Counted cross stitch Sampler for my friends son. They moved away shortly after and we lost touch with each other. I am going to try to describe as much as I have remebered about it. It is approx 15"w x 12"h. Stitched on 14 count White Aida cloth. There were 4 equal horizontal rows with varied sized "boxes" on each row and I think not the same amount on each. From the age and that it is a Kenmore top load, I'm going to guess that it is a Whirlpool built machine. If that assumption is correct, I will suggest that the skate plate has worn enough to cause the "shake and rattle thing". The skate plate is the triangular piece of metal that the tub slides around on. It is hard to believe that a little bit of wear on the painted surface could cause the severe shaking, but, trust me, it is the case. The plate will cost around $ 65.00 or so and can be purchased from Whirlpool, Sears or any Appliance Parts retailer. It is not difficult to replace so if you have had no other issues with your machine, I would replace it. While you are at it, you may want to replace the drive coupler (motor to transmission) as it will probably be worn sufficiently to warrant replacement.

None of these cars are good performers really. Audi A3 and A4 both have small engines. Ford Taurus should not even be considered in this category(I love Ford but Taurus is not a performance/luxury car). Acura TSX is also out of the question because that's what you have now. Mercedes-Benz C300 wins but even this car won't be a good performer. You should save up and get a Audi S4. This car is a very nice performance sedan and it has a good price tag. Competition starts at $60,000 but Audi S4 starts at $47,000. Very fast car, and very good fuel economy for it's power(18 city/27 highway). If you don't want to save up, I would get a older(like 2008 or 2009) Audi S4. With Audi S4 you get the most for your money.

Hey guys. To make an entirely long story short I will first state that I am a 20 year old college student from Connecticut who went to purchase a used 2006 chevy cobalt ss (5 speed) from Northshore Chevrolet of Smithtown in Long Island New York. This was my first time buying a car and I had saved my hard earned money on it. The sales rep insisted that the car was in perfect shape and several mechanics had taken a look at it. I thought I could trust him but I asked him if I could get it inspected by a mechanic at home and he kind of hesitated but agreed. In any case I had the car for two days and the clutch began slipping. I've driven manual for 4 years and know that it wasn't my lack of experience. I didn't race with the car I literally owned it for 2 days. Another thing I noted was that when I parked on my hill the car would roll back even with the ebrake up. I asked around and was told that the previous owner must have been a racer because of several after market modifications including an exhaust, cold air intake, and towering strut. Also the fact he was a racer was evident because my friends informed me that ebrakes become damaged like that due to drifting and that the clutch was probably beat to the ground. I was worried about the safety of my car and life so knowing how badly the clutch was slipping i called AAA to tow it to a local GMC dealership. The mechanics checked it out and told me that not only was the clutch ruined but it damaged the flywheel and several other parts. The ebrake was completely worn and the rear brakes were gone. Also the tires were stripped bare. I called Smithtown Chevrolet back inquiring about repairs and they informed me that it was probably my driving because world class premier mechanics had checked it out blah blah blah. Anytime I tried to get answers I would get the run around. I was so fed up I started writing several complaints on their dealership and called GMC/Chevrolet HQ. I was informed that the clutch was a wear item and it couldn't be covered. Now they're trying to tell me they'll split the cost of the brakes but under the New York State Lemon Law it says that dealerships must replace faulty parts such as brakes within a time limit. My issues were almost immediately after my purchase. I am in need of some serious help please! I have called these guys about 12 times trying to get them to repair it but they will not own up. It just seems so unfair that they sold me a car that was obviously a lemon and lied about it.

A few weeks ago I had a mechanic put in a new Fuel Pump in my '96 Buick Skylark. When I picked it up there were large puddles of liquid in my car, but I figured it was just as winter was ending, so maybe all winter people's feet had dragged in snow that had melted and then froze again under the mats, which was just thawing out again. But every time I suck out the water a few days later its back again. Lately it's been getting worse and no one seems to know why I have puddles in my car when the windows are up and it's been fairly sunny out. My car still has the original brakes after almost 120,000 Problem free miles. Proper maintenance and not abusing it will make it last longer. Excellent car-recommend it. Car will not start when its freezing outside....?

For the past couple months my car doesn't start when its freezing outside. Sometimes it'll start and other times it doesn't. It's 50/50 really. It sounds fine, it's trying to start, but the engine never gets going. Then sometimes the engine will start but stops a second later, when this happens it usually start after that. Was putting it off because I don't want to spend the money. Brought it to Acura (the car is an '04 Acura TSX) and they couldn't figure out what's wrong with it. So today I brought it to a local guy and he cleaned the throttle body. I just tried to start my car and it doesn't start. Now what?!?! What could it be and what should I do? Laptop shorts out charger?

I have a dell inspiron 8600 laptop and the charger I had for it went dead. (The green light went out), I moved it around a bit and the green light came on...then faded out. I continued fiddling around with it, the light came back on and I was able to get it to work for a few more hours without messing with it. When it became totally unresponsive, I threw it out and ordered a new one. The new charger came yesterday and when I plugged it into my laptop the screen had a bunch of horizontal white lines going across the screen. It looked like a TV with really bad reception and I wasn't able to use it until it had been charging a while I moved it around a bit and the white lines went away. Today the charger is exhibiting the same symptoms as that of the last charger. (The green light keeps fading out and it won't charge the laptop). Is it possible that I have a short somewhere in the laptop that is shorting out the charger? If so, how can I tell where it is? I have a pretty good knowledge of computers but I've never come across this before.

Why does my pinstripe keep coming off my car?

I just purchased a 2011 Acura TSX. Every time I go through the car wash, my pinstripe comes off. I go through the touchless car wash and I have used it many times with my old car and had no problems. I just bought a 2009 acura tsx and I will be transferring my audio equipment from my previous car into the acura. Being that I will be having two 10" subs in there, I am debating whether or not it is worth me putting any dynamat in there. I had some in my old car, which did help, but that was a 1995 corolla. Help! My Acura's paint is peeling off?

I have a 2005 acura TSX who's paint is peeling off on the front bumper and on little spots on the hood. I have a 10 gallon terrarium that I used to use for fish. I know a crested gecko would prefer one that goes vertical instead of horizontal. Its a foot and 1/2 tall though. Im just wondering if it would be okay. If not, I suppose I could turn it on its side and get a locking lid. I havent had any luck finding one. My parents raised me to be a thoughtful and caring person and to behave responsibly because my actions reflected on who they were and all those ancestors that went before me. I never felt that I needed a God to make me a good person or the threat of heaven and hell. I think you will find that atheists run the gamut just like christians do. There are good and bad in all of us and we are pretty much like the people you sit next to in church. We just don't believe in your God. We are not less because of that and don't make crazy choices.

very good, but after one read its seems more descriptive of her environment than of her character and when you have to start talking abt her character with "julia was an intuitive girl...." it seems very blunt and in complete contrast to the description of her environment which flows like water. you are very good at description of the surroundings, use that to bring out the character. the character development seems very blocky, merge it with the rest of the text. when u describe the grass or the bushes bring out her thoughts abt how she believes there are secrets hidden behind them, in them/it and how when the wind blew she wanted to follow it to see where it went to see perchance where it began,< this is just a crude example to describe her curious character, her determination, start it off smoothly, ease into the character. Mercury Grand Marquis car shudders at low RPM?

Around 40 to 45 is when the tranny will shift into over drive, OD, driving normal. There is a little push button on the very end of the gear selector arm that will turn the OD off, & it's there just for that reason. If you accelerate normally up to 45, the tranny will work thru the gears until it shifts into OD. Then, if you keep that 45 mph speed, +/-, the tranny tends to shift down to drive, D, then back-up to OD, as the load on the engine changes. To find out if that's what is happening, turn the OD off with the button - A OD light will show on the dash when the OD is OFF, then drive normally up the 45 or so, & stay there. If this shutter is gone, then that's what was happening. Normal driving leave the OD on, then you don't have to worry about it. But, if you're on a 45 mph limit road & the car can't decide between the tow gears, turn the OD of, until the speed limit changes. If you turn the car OFF with the OD OFF, it will reset to OD ON ( no light ) when you start it up again.

the altima really is a great car. it is reliable and good for all seasons. the safety rating is oretty good, too. the acura is a more well rouinded car than the altima. it doesnt weigh as much as the nissan, so it you will get better efficiency out of the engine. of these two, i would have have to pick the tsx. if you want something sporty go for one of these: for about 5k you can get a 2000 camaro, '97 mustang, or '03 firebird. all three of these cars get around 20mpg, which is really good for the amount of horsepower. if you want gas and fwd, you should look for a ford escape, mazda tribute, mercury mariner, jeep grand cherokee, jeep liberty, rav-4, cr-v, etc. depending on where you live, 4wd isnt really a necessity. i live in indiana, where the winters are pretty bad. most people you see dont need fwd. instead you can look for a rwd car. they get almost the same amount of traction, but they are more fuel efficient. challengers, chargers, impala's are great cars for the winter and generally run for about 6k. if you decide to get a fwd, try to stay away from the four cylinderss. they are good with gas, but dont have as much horsepower. however, if you come across a civic, accord, camry, or any other car of that sort, it would be acceptible. hope i could help!

If so, I'd suggest you find a way to take it to a local suspension shop and have them weigh the setup, including how many will be riding in it, and they will be able to make custom springs to match up with already manufactured struts or shocks if you prefer shocks. This is what we've had to do with the many competition audio setups we have done in the past due to the weight issues in smaller vehicles with multiple and large sub setups, including the amps, batteries, and hydraulics. We've also had to do this type of setup with the mulitple 30 and 31 model A's that we have modified. All turned out great! Good luck, and what a RIDE!

My friends say I am spoiled?

Fsx CRJ 700 ILS problem?

When using the CRJ 700 the glide slope needles are always on both in gps and nav mode. When I actually try to do a ILS landing the horizontal indicator will move and intercept but the vertical needle remains centers and the plane starts to sink. When I engage the ILS approach hold switch I am close enough to the runway that this should not be an issue. I also find it weird that it only stays in the center. Any help would be great.

A lot of shops advertise buy 3 get the 4th free or they throw in a free alignment. Shop around, bargin with them and realise the true price of doing it yourself. You may not save all that much. Also I'm wondering why you are changing all 4 struts. These rarely go bad on Saturns so it seems very unusual. You sure this is somthing your car needs. I'm very skeptical.

When I picked it up there were large puddles of liquid in my car, but I figured it was just as winter was ending, so maybe all winter people's feet had dragged in snow that had melted and then froze again under the mats, which was just thawing out again. But every time I suck out the water a few days later its back again. Lately it's been getting worse and no one seems to know why I have puddles in my car when the windows are up and it's been fairly sunny out. Noises when steering right or left only under vehicle load and only when it's been driven a little while?

My 2003 Mazda 6 is making a grinding crunchy noise coming from the front of the car when turning the steering wheel right or left and it doesn't have to be turned far at all to make the noise. It only does it under vehicle load and it only does it after I've been driving it for a little while. We have replaced the struts & upper control arms with bushings on both right & left front. The noise is still there. At this point I'm in for $500 and next week will be in another $200 to next replace all 4 lower arm controls with bushings, front brake pads (50%), and tie rod ends on both left & right front. I can't keep playing these guessing games with the mechanic about what it COULD be, I can't afford to replace everything. Any body have any ideas as to what my problem is?

I have an ati radeon 5770 video card with ati catalyst installed on my computer. i ran the auto-tune feature and it set the over clocking setting preety high, but i figured hey its auto-tune so it'll be fine. Afraid not, when i try to play almost any game it freezes and locks up my whole computer making me restart it, in most games the screen shows brown horizontal bars and quits working. 04 tsx clutch question?

hopefully going to be picking an 04 tsx with a 6speed sometime this week. done alot of research and read tooonns of customer reviews on them, overall seem like a pretty solid car. although things that do worry me are ive came across numerous customers complaining about the clutch going fairly soon and not even driving hard. but from all the reviews ive read it seemed to be more a problem with the clutch master cylinder they just turned to the clutch initially. so, if something like were to happen to me, im going to check alll possible options without immediately saying the clutch is bad, if i come to find that the clutch is bad, im not paying some 1500 to replace one, so, my question in simple is, has anyone ever replaced the clutch themselves on one, i have enough knowledge of cars to know that if i were to attempt this i could most likely do it, i just want to know, is it a huge pain in the *** and do i have to drop the subframe?
